I want you to be happy with your purchase from Ascent Goods. This policy explains my rules for refunds and returns.

1. Can You Return an Item?

You can ask to return an item if:

  • It’s unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • You contact me within 30 days​ of the item being delivered to you.

  • The item is defective, damaged when you got it, or not what you ordered.

Please Note:​ Some items might not be returnable, like digital downloads or personalized/custom-made products. I’ll let you know if this applies before you buy.

2. How Refunds Work

  • If you send an item back, I’ll check it first.

  • If your return is approved, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days​ after I approve the refund for it to show up in your account (this depends on your bank or payment provider).

3. When Refunds Aren’t Possible

I generally can’t offer refunds for:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

  • Items that got damaged because they weren’t used or cared for properly.

  • Items bought on sale or clearance​ (unless they arrived defective/damaged/wrong).

  • Original shipping costs​ (unless I made a mistake, like sending the wrong item).

4. How to Start a Return or Refund Request

  1. Email me:​ Contact me at support@ascentgoods.online

  2. Include in your email:

    • Your Order Number

    • The Reason​ for the return

    • Photos​ of the item (especially if it’s damaged or defective) – this really helps!

  3. I’ll review your request and email you back with instructions, including the address to send the item back to (if needed).
